The COE Family Reunion
The Coe family reunion is held each year on the third Sunday of the Month of July. Since it's inception in 1896, there have been only 6 years that the reunion has not been held. This was mainly due to the years of World War that persisted the globe and the great depression.
Each year sees many family members join together from all over the country. This may be through attending the reunion, or by correspondence. Since the reunion is quickly approaching it's 100th gathering, many are hoping to see a large gathering for the actual 100th reunion.
At each of the reunions, minutes of the gathering or "meeting" have been kept to keep friends and family up to date as of the birth's, deaths, weddings, etc happening in the family. Due to the diligence of the Coe family, these records have been preserved from the very first reunion to present day. Over time I will be posting those minutes here for anyone to read as well as maintaining the minutes here of future gatherings.
